Holistic, Compassionate Care
Grief │ Death │ Well-being

This is For the Healers
There is a particular kind of quiet strength in the work you do.

You sit with rupture, grief, addiction, illness, trauma, and the fragile hope that brings people into your care. You witness what is unbearable. You help others metabolize what feels impossible to carry. And often, you do so while tending your own life just beyond the therapy room door.

Over time, even the most devoted and skillful therapists can feel the subtle accumulation—cumulative grief, vicarious trauma, the weight of stories that linger in the nervous system long after the day ends.

I offer a space where you do not have to be the steady one. Where you can embody and be present to the wildness and fullness of your human experience in all of its expressions.

As a grief tender, death doula, wellbeing coach, meditation teacher, and lifelong student of somatic tools and embodiment practices, I hold non-clinical, presence-based support for healers and care providers. Together, we create room to gently explore:
✨The grief that may not yet have had language or witness
✨The tenderness beneath professional steadiness
✨Vicarious trauma and cumulative emotional load
✨The body’s quiet and loud signals asking for attention
✨Compassion fatigue and threshold moments in your own life
✨The longing to reconnect with and create a life full of meaning, curiosity, aliveness and sustainable practice.
My work weaves compassionate self-inquiry, somatic practices, meditation, soul-led conversation, and life design. I sit with pain without being swallowed by it. You do not need to shrink, analyze, or perform insight here. You are welcome as you are—complex, capable, tired, open, human.

This is not therapy. It is a different kind of tending. A place to exhale. A place to be accompanied.

If your heart or nervous system feels a small yes while reading this, I would welcome a conversation.
With care and deep respect for the work you carry 🖤
