Create a Meaningful Life with
Curiosity & Compassion

What does it mean to “be well”? I believe that the answer to this question is as unique as each person’s individual expression of life, and that each person is the expert of themselves and has the answers they seek to identify what is most important and take aligned action to create the life they desire.

When offering compassionate care, I sit with others and have meaningful conversations that clarify what is most important to you and what is the best “next step” to move forward in a way that is practical and realistic in your current life. At the core of my care is a deep presence and listening, a compassionate space to speak your truth and be with whatever aspect of your humanity is longing for your attention in each moment.

Some people I sit with are navigating emotional storms and life challenges and seeking a way to find steadiness in the storm. We often identify topics that will be helpful to unpack with your therapist, and explore what a “self-care toolkit” looks like during unbearable times.  What are the things that support you to self-resource and find aligned care in your community? Uncertainty in life is inevitable, so what might it be like to be resourced and nurture self-trust so that you can navigate the storm with as much steadiness as possible? What might it be like to remember glimmers of well-being, joy and beauty, espeically during unbearable experiences?

Some people I sit with are experiencing a threshold moment. A distinct “before” and “after” experience that changes the landscape of their lives. We explore the grief that arises with endings and “what could have been…”, the possibility of what lies ahead and what your heart is deeply longing for in life, and invite curiosity about the liminal space in between, and what insights may rest there. We identify what is most important, now, and what aligned action will support you to create a meaningful life in this new world.

Some people I sit with are at a point in life when they know “where they are” isn’t right for them anymore, but they are not sure where they want to go or what the next chapter looks like.  We explore conversations and powerful questions that help to identify the direction that aligns most with your values and beliefs, and clarifies the best “next step” to create the change you are longing for in life.

Some people I sit with are exhausted, and don’t want to talk, and we explore guided deep rest meditations, energy practices, and healing sounds that support restoration in the body, heart and mind.

Everyone I sit with has a space to be with whatever is arising, moment to moment, and the opportunity to invite compassion and curiosity to their lived experiences.

Most people I sit with walk away from sessions with a sense of clarity on aligned action, deeper self-awareness, and a deeper sense of self-compassion and self-trust. Other changes that people have experienced after our work together include:

✨Improve Emotional and Nervous System Awareness
