Cancellation Policy

Jennifer Janelle Meditation™ & Beyond Mountains Well-Being, LLC Terms of Service Agreement Please read the full Terms of Service (located at https://www.jenniferjanelle.com/terms) carefully before using www.jenniferjanelle.com operated by Beyond Mountains Well-Being, LLC. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.jenniferjanelle.com. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement. Refund Policy: Your purchase of any and all products, services, offerings, events, etc. is non-refundable. If you commence with a payment installment plan you are responsible for paying the complete amount regardless of your completion of a program or satisfaction with a product within the originally agreed-upon time frame. Cancellation Policy for 1-on-1 Sessions: There are no refunds given for cancellation at any time. However, if you need to reschedule our session, you can do so at no charge so long as you email support@jenniferjanelle.com within 24 hours of our scheduled time. If you are a no-show at the appointment time, you forfeit your payment. Please be on time to our appointment & I will too. Your appointment starts at the time reflected in your booking agreement & ends at the agreement time. If you are under 15 minutes late, you simply forfeit that partial time. If you are over 15 minutes late, you forfeit your entire session.
